Phase 3/ Phase 4 Class

Coach Rachael will present our monthly Phase 3/ Phase 4 presentation at our Baylor location in suite 305 tonight.  It will help put into perspective the lifestyle eating changes that have begun in Phase 1.  It is recommended for any dieter who has completed at least one month on the protocol.  More strongly, we encourage anyone nearing the end of the diet phase of the program.  Learn helpful tips and habits that have allowed many to keep their weight off for years.  Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
